At Serge DeNimes, we want you to be fully satisfied with your jewelry; therefore, we offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery for all items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Package Your Items
Securely place your jewelry in its original Serge DeNimes pouch and box to ensure it is protected during transit.
Generate Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, or use the provided QR code at an authorized drop-off location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
